Where SRD material is used

  • D&D Race Picker: the nine SRD 5.1 races and nine SRD 5.2 species, with their size, speed, darkvision, 2014 ability score increases and trait names (the trait summaries are in our own words).
  • 5e Stat Block Maker and Random Monster Generator: game terms, XP by challenge rating, proficiency bonus, hit dice by size, skills, damage types, conditions and some monster trait names, such as Pack Tactics (the trait text is our own). The 2024 layout uses the SRD 5.2 attack wording (“Melee Attack Roll”).
  • Age Calculator: the ages of the nine SRD 5.1 races.
  • Height & Weight Calculator: the heights and average weights given for the nine SRD 5.1 races, and the SRD 5.2 heights for the goliath, the orc and the 2024 halfling.
  • Fantasy Race Generator and Homebrew Race Builder: 5e game terms in the optional rules sections, and SRD spell names in the builder’s magic traits.
  • D&D Name Generator and What Fantasy Race Am I?: the names of the SRD races (the names, questions and results are our own).
